When you submit a discovery inquiry through our website, we securely record:

• Contact Information: Your full name, work email address, and optional phone number.
• Company Information: Your organization name, website, and approximate company size.
• Workflow Information: Unstructured descriptions of the manual processes or operational bottlenecks you wish to automate.
• Technical Telemetry: Anonymized hashed IP identifiers and browser metadata for rate-limiting and anti-spam verification.

3. How We Use and Protect Your Information

We use your submitted information exclusively to prepare your automation audit, communicate proposed architectures, and deliver customer support. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or operational briefings to third parties. All persistent records are stored in private PostgreSQL databases protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

4. Sovereign Cloud & Client Data Isolation

Unlike consumer software services, all production automations engineered for clients are deployed directly inside the client's own cloud environment (Supabase, AWS, Google Cloud). We do not retain access to your live production transaction payloads once delivery handoff is complete.

5. Contacting Us Regarding Your Data
