1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of NodeCraft or submitting an inquiry for automation engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Consulting & Engineering Engagements
Any formal automation build, software development, or ongoing retainer engagement is governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). Submission of an inquiry via this website constitutes a confidential discovery request and does not obligate either party to enter a paid contract.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a Statement of Work, all custom automation scripts, workflows, SQL schemas, and integration connectors built specifically for a client become the exclusive property of that client upon full settlement of project invoices.
4. Limitation of Liability
NodeCraft provides website information on an “as is” basis. In no event shall NodeCraft be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website.
